Aviator aims to become the entry point into the healthcare system for every family.

For the first time in America, older adults are projected to outnumber children by 2034. Caregiving is becoming the default life stage. It shows up as a thousand small emergencies and a permanent background process running in your brain: *schedule the follow-up, fight the denial, find the specialist, refill the meds, arrange a ride, get the records, call the DME supplier, call again.

When you’re caring for an older parent, the to-do list never stops growing.

Healthcare is the biggest to-do list you never asked for. You push tasks off because you’re exhausted. Your mental health suffers. Your work suffers. Sometimes you quit your job. The hardest moments continue to compound.

We dream of a future where families don’t have to choose.

  • Not between their child and their parent.

  • Not between being present and being “on hold.”

  • Not between love and logistics.

Aviator exists to return time, control, and dignity to families.

We do that by building the autonomous health concierge for seniors and their families. One point of contact to manage every nuance of the healthcare system.

How we operate

  • We’re always learning. We ask better questions, run tighter loops, and iterate faster starting from a point of curiosity.

  • We have an olympian’s work ethic: extreme focus, high standards, and a bias for action. We sweat details because details are where patient experience lives. We move with urgency because families don’t get to pause life.

  • We are customer-obsessed in the literal sense: we want to earn the right to be an extension of every family.
